Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a collective of patients, carers, and practice staff who work together to improve the quality of care and services provided by our GP practice. The group acts as a bridge between patients and the practice, fostering communication, collaboration and mutual understanding.
The primary purpose of the PPG is to ensure that the patients’ voice is heard and considered in the planning and delivery of healthcare services. We help the practice to:
- Understand patient needs and experiences
- Identify areas for improvement
- Promote health and wellbeing in the community, and
- Support the development of new services
If you would like to join this Group, and help shape the practice in the future, please email the Practice Manager at stockwellroadsurgery@nhs.net
